Leadership Learning, Inspiration & Connections in Concentrated Form

Lessons from Sport

Performance Sport is one of the UK’s World-Leading Industries, and we’re on track to sustain our success at the forthcoming Paris Paralympics and Olympics. Every leader can draw on the wisdom which propelled us from 36th to 4th in the Olympic medals table between 1996 and 2008.

What can we can achieve in our sectors and organisations over the next twelve years? Almost 20 years after the announcement of London’s Games, when the challenges we face have obscured the optimism of a new millennium, it’s time to use sport as the springboard for the broader social and economic outcomes we’ve always known it can deliver.

Show Don’t Tell: A Message from Chris Grant OBE

I’ve been involved in sport at every level, from community projects to post-Paralympic and Olympic reviews to International Sport for Change programmes involving millions.

As a facilitator, my mission is to create events where every participant can find their own resonance, relevance and value. Through RE:GEN, I invite you not just to hear how to unlock the power of sport in your own context, but to experience it.
